We use the name Autodefence because it potrays a more significant picture of the skills we practice, other than our unique programme. While the teaching method is innovative, it has its foundations in Wing Tchun Kung-Fu - an ancient asian self-defence discipline, in which our founders are long recognized experts.

Hence, our method combines classical elements with a modern, actual perspective. It includes: theorical principles, classic forms and tactile feeling/seeking hands (adaptive reflective skills) which goes under the traditional name "Chi Sao".

What Autodefence adds to Wing Tchun method is a structured workout plan, advanced trainings, integrating applications, spar drills and sparring simulation that will ensure that your workout is versatile, organized, functional and exciting. For this reason, we consider it a complete programme for your personal development.
