Autodefence Training
Our trainings last 1.5 hours. (90 min.) Twice a week. Each lesson begins with a warm-up before moving on to the next workout.
Key elements in Autodefence:
These are a series of movements used to practice and refine the basics of Autodefence.
- The Foundation Footwork Form: ( Basic step form )
practices basic steps with active defense. - The New Thought Form: ( Form of new thinking)
practices substantial movements of the hands and limbs in relation to the posture. - The Bridge Search Form: ( A form of searching for bridges )
deals with a combination of hand and foot movements, offers greater variability of positions and angles - The Pierce Strike Form: ( Form of puncture strikes )
further improves defensive strength - The Wooden Man Form: ( Mold on a wooden mannequin )
advanced combinations of hands and feet on the training aid are practiced
Applications
In this element, the use of movements from molds in simple defensive scenarios is practiced.
Spar Drills
In this element, the use of the same movements in a continuous motion cycle is extended. This practices dexterity and timing.
Apparatus Training
It develops technology with strength and resistance, it also supports the cardiovascular system.
Detection Arms
This training element develops exclusively tactile sensitivity and enables a true controlled automatic response. It is one of the most special elements of Autodefence training.
